Plankly is an independent flooring advisory based in Houston, Texas. We publish guides, comparisons and pricing ranges, and we introduce homeowners to local flooring suppliers and installers. We are not a flooring retailer, a general contractor, or a licensed installer, and we do not sell or install flooring ourselves.

Using the site, the guides and the matching service costs you nothing. Plankly may receive a referral fee or commission from a supplier or installer when an introduction turns into work. That fee never changes the price you're quoted, and we tell you who we're introducing you to before we pass along your details.

• Any contract for materials or labor is strictly between you and the supplier or installer. Plankly is not a party to it.
• We are not responsible for the workmanship, pricing, scheduling, warranties, licensing, insurance or conduct of any third-party provider.
• Always confirm licensing, insurance and a written scope of work directly with the provider before paying anyone.

Every square-foot range, budget band and quiz result on this site is an educational estimate based on the Houston market. Real pricing depends on your subfloor, material choice, room layout, labor availability and the day you buy. Nothing here is a quote or an offer.

• Submit accurate information — including a real name, email and phone number.
• Don't submit forms on someone else's behalf without their permission, and don't submit fake or automated leads.
• Don't scrape, republish or resell our guides, comparisons or pricing data without written permission.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the site or our systems.

The Plankly name, logo, written guides, photography and page design belong to Plankly. When you send us project details, you give us permission to store them and to share them with one matched provider as described in our Privacy Policy.

The site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the guides accurate, but we can't guarantee that every price, product detail or availability claim is current. To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, Plankly isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from work performed by a provider we introduced.
