Plankly is an independent flooring advisory based in Houston, Texas. We don't sell flooring. We help homeowners choose a material and introduce them to vetted local suppliers and installers.

• Contact details you submit (name, email, ZIP, phone if you share it, and any notes about your project) via our forms.
• Basic analytics — page views, referrer, and rough location by IP — only if you've accepted analytics cookies. Anonymized IP where possible.
• Cookies — one small localStorage entry to remember your cookie choice; Google Analytics cookies only after opt-in.

• To reply to your submission and introduce you to a Houston-area supplier or installer.
• To send a welcome email and, if you asked us to, a short follow-up about your project.
• To measure which guides actually help homeowners so we can write better ones.

• Our small internal team.
• The specific installer or supplier we introduce you to — only after we've picked a match.
• Our email and hosting providers (Supabase, Mailgun, Cloudflare).

We do not sell your information. We do not run advertising retargeting pixels.

• Decline analytics cookies via the banner (already denied by default until you accept).
• Ask us to delete your information: email sales@planklyflooring.com and we'll remove it within a business week.
• Unsubscribe from any email using the link in the footer of that email.

We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. Until you click "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner, no analytics cookies are set and no personal identifiers are sent. We don't use advertising cookies.
